Community Housing

Community Housing Industry Association Queensland (CHIA QLD) is the peak body representing community housing providers across Queensland.
Community housing refers to affordable rental housing managed by not-for- profit organisations that support people on low to moderate incomes, including families, seniors, people with disability, and those experiencing housing stress.
